The Third Way represents Class 3 of the Finance Leaders Fellowship — a cohort of 18 senior finance executives who came together to explore the intersection of their professional expertise and their deepest convictions about how finance can serve society.
Through the Impact Archetype process, each fellow discovered their unique mode of change-making — whether as an Intrapreneur reshaping institutions from within, an Entrepreneur building new vehicles for impact, a Catalyst accelerating others' work, or a System Changer rewriting the rules entirely.
